Made my hardwood floors extremely slippery. Went over multiple times with my old cleaner in hopes of removing as much of the Bono cleaner as I could before someone got hurt.

Left a film on my floors. Guess I'll have to do it right with my steamer.

Been using this for a while now and agree with the other users. This just leaves a residue and dulls the floors. Never looks clean. I'd use the gloss treatment but that got even worse reviews

This is the recommended cleaner for my hardwood floors. It cleans wonderfully and makes my floors shine with zero residue. However, this is my second bottle in a row that’s broken within five minutes of use. The sprayer breaks and it starts leaking.

We put this in our spray mop and it works wonders. Absolutely love using it and love that it’s fragrance free.

Leaves a sticky residue. Over time, it doesn’t clean, polish, instead a film of stickiness develops which makes you think you need to spray more and wipe better. I even called Bona reporting the stickiness and asking for a solution. They said it want their product, since their product fully evaporates leaving no residue. I believed them at first. But then I retired removing the residue with other cleaning products including microfiber cloth with and without water or with method spray or dish soap. Unfortunately the build simply wouldn’t go away and my feet felt sticky when waking on the surface. Finally I decided to use Goo Gone pro spray on my tiled floors (can’t use that on my wooden floors) and that got rid of the Bona Film Buildup. No more stickiness. Bona may have been good on the past, but around 1-2 years ago they seem to have changed their formula. I never got to experience the “good” Bona. Only the sticky nasty Bona. Don’t make the same mistake. Try other products.

New formula leaves a terrible residue. I have 1960 dark oak wood floors refinished 10 years ago to a moderate gloss. I have exclusively used Bona hardwood floor cleaner and water and vinegar as well for many years. This new formula leaves a film in a day or 2 after mopping that I can write my name in. I never wet mop my floors being hard wood. I had to wet mop my floors, three times to get the film off. The rest of this large refill container is going down the drain. It’s no longer worthy of my hardwood floors or my money. Why ruin a good product that has stood test of time bona?

I wish it left my floors shiny.. it cleans it but it leaves the floor dull looking. I have maple wood floors.

why go to any other site or product..im ocd and only use Bona products.. I never use anything else.. Everyone should use this product.
