  • A: They are most definitely scented! I have three boxes, and they all have fragrance. They are advertised as unscented, and their customer service confirmed they should be unscented. I wonder if there was a packaging error. I've used Swiffers for years and never had one that smelled like this.

Being back the old plushy yellow ones

These Swiffer duster refills suck. I thought I was getting the plushy yellow ones. I pull it out of the box and it’s mostly blue with the dust biting strips. What is with those? They cover the entire thing and it lost its plush. Bring back the old ones or I’m switching to something else!

Great on less often chores!

These work great on cleaning my ceiling fans and window blinds! Would recommend them for any job. The last well when using with a dusting spray as well.

I love these dusters! They work so well! It fits perfectly on the stick and makes cleaning effortless! Its pretty durable so if you clean it off you can use it again. Highly recommend, makes cleaning a lot faster!

Bring back the orevious version!

Just opened this box of refills. Because I’m stubborn, I spent about 5 minutes trying to put the duster on the wand. The wand prongs kept poking through the material, which obviously defeats the purpose of the double sided duster. I gave up and just used the duster without the wand, making it a pretty expensive dust rag (and it did not hold the dust very well either). I don’t know why these were changed - definitely not an upgrade. Please bring bag the previous version!

You ruined a great product…

I used these all of the time for dusting in between deep cleaning - loved them! Then you had to go and change them. They’re terrible now. Those beads do nothing, but make the ends clump together and who wants them dragging across their nice furniture to begin with? Why do you people always choose to screw up a good product?

Swiffer saves cleaning time

Swifter duster multi surfaces refills are great. They can be used to clean any part of the house from the fans to windowsill, light fixtures. They are great for day to day cleaning.

Hate the new 2 sided swiffers

I DO NOT LIKE the new 2 sided swiffers you came out with. They do not pick up the dirt like the original 2 sided ones do. I wish you would put those back on the market!!! or at least sell both types of the 2 sided ones so we can choose what we want. I have a cleaning company and my girls also complain about the new ones.

A must have!

We use these regularly to dust! Can even reach on top of ceiling fans and it traps the dust so well. We will continue to purchase these! Love all swiffer products that we’ve tried.

Loathe ENTIRELY

I’ve used these forever, and now they’ve changed for the WORSE. The new box I threw in the garage. They literally don’t pick up dust anymore! It just stirs it up. Guess I’ll be going back to dusting the old fashion way with a damp cloth. When you have asthma you can’t risk stirring up dust in the air more than necessary. Lost a 10+ year customer! And from the looks of other reviews, a whole lot more than me.

Terrible new version

I don’t care for the new version of these Swiffers. They do not collect dust nearly as well as the original. And I’m afraid of these scratching surfaces, like monitors or a TV screen.

Regarding the dusters ripping apart when you try to attach them to the handle, ensure that both handle prongs are fully inserted into the sleeves on the duster. For the Heavy Duty dusters, there are two sleeves located between the fluffy layers. If the prongs are not inserted all the way, it may cause the duster to not fit properly and lead to tearing.
