A: They are most definitely scented! I have three boxes, and they all have fragrance. They are advertised as unscented, and their customer service confirmed they should be unscented. I wonder if there was a packaging error. I've used Swiffers for years and never had one that smelled like this.

Definitely NOT unscented
These are not unscented. I have such a migraine just from driving home with these in my trunk. They are in my garage now work the box open. I am hoping the scent dissipates a little. I can't handle that strong chemical fragrance. I won't purchase again.

If you prefer no scent, we suggest looking for the unscented refills, and just making sure the box does not mention Febreze or Gain scents, as not all unscented boxes are clearly marked. The Dusters can collect scents from other perfumes at the store, but they will dissipate over time. Keeping the box open in a garage should help the scent dissipate over time. The new design of these swiffers are terrible in my opinion. I really liked the older style without these tiny rubber blue dots. These now leave a film behind when i am dusting. I’m done with these!!! I will never understand why companies change their products when they do NOT need changing. Used to be a great product and now they actually create more work for me when I use them. In the trash they go!!

I would give zero if i could. I had an old pack I found and used. I bought this replacement last month. It looks nothing like this. I doesnt even go on the stick without tearing, and it just some flimsy fibers now. I would've returned this junk but I bought it as part of the buy $50 get a $15 giftcard so it wasn't worth returning. Save your $ and find something else. I am looking. I give 0 stars

This product has given up on all quality..CHEAP!
I have loved using Swiffer Dusters until recently. I purchased a box of refills that "DID NOT" have the Gain scent, were falling apart and seemed to be too small., and leaving dust behind!! I thought..ahh, just a bad batch, it can happen, so I purchased another box..same issues. I was willing to give Swiffer one more chance, so I purchased a third box..same issues. When this box is finished I will no longer use Swiffer products! What a shame, you have a good product and totally do away with the quality. This sure doesn't help your bottom line..I read the other complaints, very much like my experience!

Go back to the old style without dots
These new dots don’t hold dust. Leaves more on the floor than it picks up. Way less efffective than the old style. They don’t fluff up like they used to either. Hate them.

Do not work well
Sorry but the new " multi surface heavy duty dusters" do not do the job that the original heavy duty ones did. They are half the size and there is minimal on it compared to the original. Please bring back the originals.

This duster doesn't hold the dust in the dust pad and dust falls all over the floor, your head and in the air. They don't work well at all. Swiffer you should have kept the 360 dust refills and stopped at that. Very very disappointed 🙁

Absolutely poor excuse of a product
I have used Swiffer products for years, and had quite a few of the double sided duster refills. I finally had to buy more, and was shocked. What a horrible product! They are literally about a third of the size, for more money. I have pictures showing the old and new. The new one doesn’t even fluff up. It’s obscene that these companies think we don’t realize what they are doing. I will cut up on towels to dust before wasting any further money on a Swiffer product.
