They changed the design so now it’s not nearly as full and fluffy as it used to be. Not as effective either. Won’t be buying these again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used swiffer products in the past and they just seemed to push the dust and fur around instead of picking it up, so I was slightly skeptical about these ones even though I was getting them to try for free. I was pleasantly surprised that they not only picked up dust but they also attracted dust bunnies and fur and held onto to it so that is wasn’t going everywhere.

What is up with Swiffer changing the dusters?!?! Terrible with the strips. Supposed to loosen the dust?😳😳😳 It throws the dust everywhere! Also they are as thin as the blue duster now. Terrible design. Miss the fullness of the old 360. Have to now find a new duster.🤦🏻♀️ It’s so irritating when a company messes with something that didn’t need to change. Did they even go into a real home and use them to test them out? I don’t think so.

I followed the instructions on the pack to fluff the duster. And I also am using a vacuum cleaner while using the duster. It makes it much more cleaner. But very easy to reach to heart places.

Both items were total wet when received because the entire box was very wet. Very disappointing. I will think twice on my next on line order. Terrible customer service. usedProducts are good but the way the came delivered to me was horrible.

It holds dust very well I shook the sister and nothing came off. Two of my children have asthma so I have to dust several times per week. This has been a big changer for me, as I use one/two dust pads per weeks where this one I’ve been able to use for 2 weeks if not more per one duster pad.

However, it only covers 4 blinds only at once, so it requires more effort to clean. In addition, it is stated heavy duty doesn’t make it cleaner compared to the regular one. I really don’t see any advanced benefits from it. Only thing positive is that it can perform its cleaning function.

I love the top layer for breaking down thicker coats of dust which has been super helpful cleaning garage areas and places we haven’t used for a season. The fact it helps remove 95% of allergens makes me as a mom feel so much better about our home. Each duster is long lasting for standard use so is a great value for money.

I like how it captures the dust. I don’t like using more than once which concerns me. There is a lot of packaging. I ended up with a wand and could not find replacements.
