Bona Wood Polish + Protect High Gloss Floor Polish - 32oz

Ruined my hardwood floors which were installed in 2022. Someone mistakenly used this instead of Bona floor cleaner and it needs to be professionally removed by buffing and having hardwood company apply a new finish. Costing thousands of dollars to repair and we are out of the house for a day or two!

I love this Bona product! An adjoining floor with polished concrete was mistakenly included in the last application. Looked fabulous until something hot was placed on it making it cloudy. Anyway to remove it from the concrete?

Like many others, this DID NOT WORK for us! No instructions on the bottle, but don’t think you made a mistake. Clean the floor, let dry, squirt and mop/spread. For us, the left a streaky mess that I had to remove with a cleaner and scrubbing with microfiber cloth. Definitely test on a small area if you’ve already purchased this product

I used this floor polish and am so disappointed and a bit angry. First, no where can I find instructions on how to use this product. Do I dilute with water? Do I use it full strength? Who knows. Why would the DIRECTIONS NOT be printed on the bottle? I had to google how to use it. I poured the product in an S shape and mopped with the grain using a micro fibre mop. The results were absolutely horrid. The part I did is now duller than ever and riddled with dried i on streaks. This is an absolute AWFUL product and I want the company to reimburse me. DO NOT use this terrible floor wrecking garbage product!!! If you enjoy spending hours on your hands and knees removing this steaky scum product then this is the product for you.. I spent an hour scrubbing the area where I applied this crap trying to remove it. It’s not easy. How this product can be on store shelves is beyond me!!!

I bought this product a week ago. I followed the instructions exactly as stated. The results was very poor. I have a spotty floor all through the house. Not happy with this product at all.

This product is the best! It does exactly what it says!! Made 18yr old hardwood floors go from dull to amazing! I can’t get over the beauty!

Tried this and my hardwood floors looked great until I tried cleaning it with my Bona hardwood floor clearer a week later. That it turned white and just awful. It's now going on 3 weeks and my floors are just getting worse, they looked completely ruined. I can't believe I trusted this product. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I have always used the low gloss ready to use cleaner on my Bruce floors. Have always been happy. I use it with a floor polisher so it is quick and leaves a nice low gloss sheen. I used the high gloss today for the first time and the jury is out. It goes on well and polishes quite nicely. I have a large room and I can't keep going in a line blending half wet with wet, so the issue came when I was trying to blend the dry with wet, left cloudy area as though I had cleaned with a dirty mop.......I ended up stripping the whole lot off and using the old low gloss which is much easier to blend wet and dry areas. Not sure if I will use this again, will probably stick with the low gloss one

Looks beautiful!! My solid oak floors were refinished and then a topcoat of polyurethane was applied back in 1985. They looked great for about 39 years. Then this year I hired a painter who dripped paint all over the floor. I had to clean up the drips and it just wasn't as beautiful as before. I vacuumed and used the BONA floor cleaner first and then applied the Bona Hardwood Floor Polish High Glass. It looks great on the half that I've done so far. I'm going to wait until tomorrow to move the furniture and polish the other half. Directions say wait one hour. I think I'll let it go until morning. On another note: I did see the photo of the floor that another customer posted (they have it a one start rating) I had a problem similar in another area of my house that has Mirage Engineered Hardwood. I went ahead and started to clean that floor with a mop n glo product and it was a disaster, thankfully in a very small area. THEN I read the directions that Mirage wants you to use nothing BUT their own brand cleaner. I don't know if that other customer also had Mirage floor or not, but if so-get the Mirage floor cleaner and follow the instructions and it will come up loking good

We mix this with the regular Bona to give our floors a shine without buildup.

I first used this product six months ago. After vacuuming the wood surfaces, then cleaning them ( both with the floor cleaner and rinse mop), I let the floors thoroughly dry (very important), I applied the high gloss polish. It won’t down easy in long strokes with a microfiber sweeper mop. The finish was beautiful and lasted for six months. I repeated the process six months later and it went down even easier. A bit expensive, but totally worth it.

As other reviewers have said, this leaves a white film on your floor. my beautiful floors are ruined. I'll never trust another Bona product again. horrible horrible product.

Do not use. This polish has left a horrible film on my Brazilian hardwood floors.

This stuff is horrible. My floors look way worse then before. It left a hazy residue and streaks. We followed the application instructions to a T. How do I get this off? I hate it. Do not use.

Makes our hardwood floors shine and compensates for the need to have them refinished. The bad reviews seem to reflect engineered wood floors.

Bona gives my dull floor a beautiful sheen! Easy to apply and dries fairly quickly. Very light scent. Looks like a professional job! great product.
