Arrived broken so I returned/ but I will say it was much smaller than my last office chair and the quality was not high. The seat is narrow, fabric is not good quality. Mine also did not come with instructions in the box.

Awesome chair!
After having hip surgery this chair gave me the comfort that I needed that a regular office couldn't. I can tilt back when I need to stretch my leg and also tilt the seat back. Great buy for the money!

A Serious Chair at a Great Price
I was a little skeptical about what would be arriving when I ordered this chair. I was delighted to be wrong - this chair is great! Super sturdy (heavy weight), infinitely adjustable, and super easy to assemble. All you need are screws, washers and an Allen wrench, and they were all included. The chair pieces were thoughtfully and securely wrapped and packed, and delivery was lightening fast. I installed the armrests but ultimately chose to take them off because I use the chair for sewing and don't really need them. I like that they are removeable. I don't often write product reviews but find them helpful when shopping so decided to write this. Both the chair and Costway are both highly recommended.

Excellent except for too high armrests
This is the best budget ergonomic office chair I've ever bought for home use. It adjusts beautifully in all regards except one: the armrests remain too high at its lowest setting. I'm short and it was painful to be shrugging so hard at my desk for hours. I bought 6 more 70mm length M6 bolts and nylon spacers to place the armrests lower and that did the trick for making the chair a perfect fit (giant thank you to the reddit commenter hero who offered this DIY hack! Life-saving!). My second complaint is that I had to wear my rubber kitchen dishwashing gloves to force the adjustment knob to turn so I could finally use the seat tilt lever. That was a shocking struggle that took every ounce of strength I had! For a good two weeks, I thought it was broken until I desperately gave it my all with the gloves. Bit tight from the factory, eh?! The good: I love how the chair is fully adjustable with 3 separate levers and I feel spoiled about how well I can make it super comfortable just for me. The seat cushion is curved in a way that causes no pressure points and the mesh back supports my lumbar region perfectly. I can see it lasting me quite awhile and recommend it! I also added rollerblade wheels so it rolls like a dream too (never tried the casters it came with, so I can't speak on the originals).

Smaller seat
This chair has a nice thick density foam seat. It was the main criteria for ordering this chair. I find most lower price chairs have thinner softer foam. There are three adjustable settings. The seat is narrower than another office chair we purchased, but should fit a medium size adult. The seat is narrower therefore the armrest are closer together. It comes in a smaller box than our other chairs due to the seat mechanism not already attached to the foam seat. There is a little more assembly but it was easy to put together. For under 120, it’s much better than what you can find at the office stores. The other chair we purchase was the Alera Elusion.

May Want a Seat Cover
The chair was very easy to assemble and the mulitple adjustment options are exactly what I was looking for to enable proper posture during the hours at my desk. However, when sitting on the chair in shorts it is quite uncomfortable. The material is rough and the pattern digs into your legs - it will be A-OK in the winter! :)

Priced Well for Decent Chair
The seat provide a better support than my old chair. I feel the lumbar support to the back of the chair can be better. I haven’t been able to adjust the cushion (second lever) as it’s hard to turn the knob under the chair. Overall a good chair for its price.
