Great Concept
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good support for side sleeping positions on the pillow "wings". Neck support for back sleeping positions was good at the start, but is already starting to degrade/compress/migrate to the wings. I plan to disassemble the case and modify that section of the pillow with a firmer support roll. Overall, pretty satisfied!

Great pillow, great price.
This is a great little secondary pillow that I use for side sleeping. I use the tri-core cervical comfort zone pillow (same brand) for back sleeping most of the night. Between the two pillows, I've had no neck pain or headache for a couple weeks. So happy!

Works well for Flip Flop Side Sleepers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We both are mostly side sleepers with some short-term back sleeping. I have a neck problem & scoliosis. Spouse has shoulder problems. This is designed/shaped to help us find comfort for all of this. No more waking up with a numb/asleep arm we get from standard pillows. Wings lift us up just enough to take pressure off our shoulders/spine, so his shoulders and my scoliosis don't ache and wake us up several times a night.

It's okay but not my first choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two pillows at the same time. I chose this one because I'm a side sleeper and thought the cut-out for shoulders would be really helpful. It is, but I have to say that I really prefer the second pillow, the Cervitrac™ Cervical Pillow. I slept on the Bowtie Pillow for two nights and liked it, then tried the Cervitrac and haven't looked back, because I liked it even better. I'm not sure exactly why, except that the Cervitrac just feels more supportive.

Best Pillow Ever!
I'm in LOVE with this pillow. I used to use the D shaped pillow and it worked great, but once the cervical roll got smooshed it was almost impossible to refluff. This pillow actually gives me better neck and head support, and it's so easy to refluff the middle section when it gets a little smooshed. I just use my hands to push the stuffing back toward center and boom - the pillow's back to normal. I absolutely love this pillow, it's the best to keep me from having neck pain and headaches. I wish I had found this sooner.

Not worth the money
I gave this pillow a solid try, followed instructions of switching between my normal pillow and this one to get used to it. It ended up hurting my neck in the long run and doesn't actually fit behind the neck, it's much too bulky to help.

I am 5’4 and about 125lbs and this pillow was much too thick for me. It’s also quite firm. If they came out with a smaller and softer version, I would definitely buy it!
