Terrible Shipping
I’m embarrassed to say I’ve tried 5 times to get 9x12 rugs from Target. I will never do it again. Customer service is terrible about making this right and every time they come completely damaged. Do not buy anything that has to come through EFW their 3rd party for delivery cause it will come destroyed!

Smells awful sheds like crazy
Smells awful I bought it and anytime it got wet it smelled like wet dog. I do not have dogs. I didn't notice it until we spilled a glass of water on I decided to wash it not very long after having it and the water was yellow. We do not wear shoes in the house so this was a surprise.

I’ve had this rug for 6 months and you get what you pay for. Such poor quality. It sheds like crazy, the fibers pull up and get unwoven. I got crochet hooks to tuck the loose strands back in. It also doesn’t lay straight. Wavy edges that I’m constantly adjusting. I’m so unhappy with this rug. I’m throwing it away the second I get a new rug! Avoid avoid avoid!

Insane price increase
Insane price increase for subpar quality. The rug is okay I guess for the price I paid. I paid $108 with tax in March 2025 so imagine my surprise when I see this rug is now $150. They increased the price so much in such a short time and it’s definitely not worth $150. It gets dirty quick.

Could not have imagined a rug could smell so bad
It never occurred to me to test out the smell of a rug before buying. If you told me the fibers in this rug got their color by being soaked in cat pee I’d 100% believe you. No remedy has worked so far, total waste of money.
