Great pillows

Amazing pillow

I bought two for side-sleepers and one for back sleepers. They are very soft, so I need to use both pillows at once. This isn’t ideal because they slip around during the night.

Very bad quality. It doesn’t look like as pictured, super thin, it is better to sleep without a pillow!

I am very sorry it did not meet your expectations and appeared much thinner than you were expecting from the photos. This particular pillow is designed to mimic many hotel pillows that are intentionally a bit flatter, so some guests who prefer a fuller, very lofty pillow may find it too thin. That said, it should never feel like “no pillow at all,” so your feedback is important and concerning to us. If you still have the pillow, you might try thoroughly shaking and fluffing it from end to end, as the EnviroLoft fill can sometimes compress during shipping and needs a bit of loosening to reach its proper loft. However, we absolutely understand if it still is not right for you. Please reach out to Target Guest Services about a return or exchange, and if you would like help choosing a fuller or firmer Downlite pillow that better matches your comfort preference, our team is happy to guide you.
