    Nature valley soft naked chocolate chip bars

    I usually buy the chocolate chip bars. But very disappointed this time. I had two wrappers fused together. One was empty, the other had a hole in it. So the bar was dried out. These bars are expensive and the waste was not appreciated. I took photos.

    Tastes only like artificial sweetener

    I bought these because they looked like they might be a good bar to start my morning with a little sweetness, but not too much. I was wrong. Not only are these sickly sweet, but they just taste overwhelmingly like artificial sweetener. Not worth it.

    It’s not bad, but it’s ok. It’s sweet and grainy. It looked like it was going to be dense, but it’s not. It falls apart. Maybe if it’s put in the fridge the texture would be preferable?

    Okay, but why so much chicory flavor?

    Not terrible. Maybe it’s like cilantro where I taste it way more than most other people, but the packaging should say chicory muffin bars. I taste the chicory from the chicory extract at least as much as the chocolate from the chocolate chips. Why is there so much of it anyways? To me it seems way to strong of a flavor. I don’t hate them, but I’m not likely to buy again.

    Missing Product

    Amazing taste and my absolute go to breakfast snack when im on the go. But! Unfortunately my most recent pack had one bar that was completely not even in the package. Just a wrapper full of air! Really bummed me out :(

    GMO product

    These are NOT non-GMO but popped under my filter ‘non-GMO snacks’. I was surprised at first because I know most, if not all, Nature Valley products contain bioengineered ingredients, but took the chance and purchased. Unfortunately my kids opened it so I could not return it. Just beware if you’re filtering on Target app the information is unreliable.

    These are decent *only* if you’re lucky enough to get a box full of bars that haven’t seemingly been thrown around and smashed.     NV Chocolate Muffin is a Great Tasting Snack

    Very good taste. Reasonable price. Only problem is they crumble too easily making them a bit messy to eat. Tastykake has/had a similar product fir years. Much thicker so it wouldn't crumble as easy. Very similar taste. Your product would be a 5 if a bit thicker and not as crumbly a batter.

    As someone who never reviews anything. Take this as a sign and don’t buy these. They taste awful. Like I’m not sure who approved these. I wanted to love them but honestly just get real muffins instead. They taste like plastic processed protein bars. YUCK!

    My postpartum lifeline

    These granola bars have been my postpartum lifeline. They taste just like a cookie. I eat way too many of these lol. My only complaint is that they are super crumbly, so expect a big mess! But they are so good, it’s worth it!!
