Very flat and hard. They didn't expand at all after unpackaged. I was so excited for new pillows but these are not anything like I expected. Parts of the stuffing was really hard and the case covering was so loose like it's a bag of chips.

World I ordered two of these pillows and received. They come flat because of the way that they are package once you fluff the pillow and you let it set it gets bigger.

My partner and I have been looking for pillows that don't flatten. These are they. In fact, they seem to get fluffier with use, so much so that I struggled to get the pillowcases on them!! I've gone from sleeping with 3 pillows stacked under my head to using this one and one other. Now if only I could stop the night sweats.... I'll be ordering another pair very soon and ditching all of the old flat pillows we have.
