    Spend extra money for a better set

    The set was on the inexpensive side but quality was beyond cheap. Assembled 3 of the 5 pieces and for each piece the predrilled screw holes didn't align. The option would be to drill another hole through the metal frame, or return. I regularly assemble flat pack furniture and this was truly the biggest nightmare to put together. The placement of the screw holes were tight within the furniture frame, and it was difficult to use the allen wrench in even partial range. After attempting to assemble 3 of the furniture pieces, and not be able to successfully assemble ONE piece was beyond frustrating. Add to it, I had to de-assemble in order to return. Issue isn't that I can't assemble furniture, the issue is that this is poorly constructed and not a well executed design.

    Poor Quality Control

    One side piece had 2 broken ratans, nails were exposed, and another piece had a weld that covered the screw hole so the screw could not fit in. Further, several washers were missing! Assembly is not simple and took quite a while. I built my own house twice and rebuit car engines, and this was not easy because the holes do not line up due to the parts not being bent to the corrdct angels. Use a larger screwdriver to move the back of the seat frame in place after installing the seat back screws. It took several messages with Target to handle this issue. They wanted me to disassemble the pieces I assembled and repack it, or drive 25 minute to Target to return.

    Impossible to assemble.

    Some of the rattan was broken prior to even removing from the box. And if is impossible to assemble. The holes don’t line up even if you follow the directions exactly in order. Extremely frustrating. I went from excited to disappointed after 6!l hours of assembling the love seat which still has 2 screws I can’t screw in. Do not recommend.

    Bent and not lining up

    I got to the last chair putting it together. The frame was bent and the screws didn't line up. Am I going to disassmeble the other 4 pieces no. I will make it work for me.

    Love it

    This furniture arrived quickly, it was shipped in separate boxes so I had to wait one more day for the third and final box but no big deal. The quality is just as I thought it would be and I love the look! The only problem I had with the furniture is the instructions are not very detailed and the pre drilled holes do not line up exactly as they should making it hard to assemble. Luckily we were able to get ours assembled with the help of some extra holes and a few strong arms to bend things a certain way.

    Disappointment

    Item arrived with two damaged pieces which weren’t discovered till the last box (of 3). The only option was to disassemble the whole thing and ship it all back. Not worth the time or frustration, but annoying that is all that can be done.
