These eye makeup remover is so good. It helps and wash off all type of makeup even the shimmer one that are super difficult to take off and the waterproof makeup to it washes it off so easily at the first wash it takes everything off. This product is new and for me is so good. I love it so much

Gentle and effective eye makeup remover
I've been looking for an eye makeup remover that is a little gentler than micellar water and this fits the bill. I was able to remove eye makeup without any irritation where normal micellar water burns my skin. The only thing that's a little strange about this remover is that it has a milky white and clear liquid that sort of separate from each other. When you shake the bottle they recombine but that was a little offputting at first.

So great how have I been missing this
Wow, this worked great! Seriously removed stubborn waterproof mascara and liner so fast. I’m used to double cleansing so I didn’t have any of the white film issues others had. Used this on eyes, then cleansing balm on the rest of my face followed by gel cleanse. My eyes feel cleaner than usual for sure and with a lot less rubbing and lash loss.

It did remove my waterproof mascara BUT it leaves a weird white film on your eyes after use. I did my best to wash out my eyes with water but I’ve had a not so fun burning feeling all day after using this stuff. I do NOT recommend. I will be returning. I have used the hydrating wipes for years without an issue and wanted to try something less wasteful. I will be going back to the wipes!

Not the one for me.
I usually love their products. I was looking for a milky cleanser per dermatologist’s suggestion, but this is not it. It also does not remove my Nars mascara, and it is not even waterproof. This product needs significant improvement.

Leaves disturbing white film in eyes
I’ve used products that are more effective at removing eye makeup, but that’s not what’s bad about this product. What’s bad is it practically blinds you with a white oily film /residue in your eyes. And it doesn’t go away easily! The only thing to do is rinse your eyes out with water. I suppose you could wait to see if it clears, but why on earth would they formulate it this way? I usually really like CeraVe products but I do not like this at ALL.

I’ve looked a long time to find a mascara remover that doesn’t end up making me look like a raccoon or causes me to lose eyelashes. This product fits the bill. No tugging or heavy wiping. Just gentle removal. A little goes a long way and my eyes feel soothed when my makeup is removed. There is no scent.

This is a terrible mascara remover. Do not use. Not worth the money- it doesn’t work well at all, it leaves a residue, and causes minor irritation.

Cetaphil works better
It didn’t burn which is a plus but it left a white residue in my eye and I had to drown it with eyedrops to clear my eyesight. Cetaphil works better.

Works well, though needs a little effort for waterproof mascara (but I don't want to lose eyelashes, so I let the pad sit on them for a bit first) but it isn't greasy and works well with all the Cerave products I use on my face.

First of all, this bottle pours out FAST. There is no squeezing option so you just tip it until it dumps. Second of all, it leaves white blurry vision in my eyes. First time I tried it, and it lasted 10-15 minutes. The second time, I used much less and I closed my eyes super tight, and yet I still had white blurry eyes. Barely took off any makeup. I’m not the only person!
