It works

I take these to help keep me regular and to get a good nights sleep - it works. I take 2 capsules at bedtime, as recommended by my GI. 1 did not constantly work for me. Only downside for is the size of the pills. They definitely take some getting used to and although on my 2nd bottle…I am still not used to it.

Hard To Swallow

I just took my first one today and although it is large- a little bigger than a multivitamin, it is too large for me to easily swallow and I am afraid I might choke next time I take it. I will be returning.
