My hair is baby fine, straight and long. It breaks easily. I bought Tio Nacho volume filler shampoo mainly to strengthen my hair. I was hoping my hair would look thicker too. After using the shampoo & companion conditioner once, my hair looked and felt a lot thicker, was soft and tangle free. It seems stronger too, but it felt dry. (Note: I did not follow up with a leave-in conditioner that time). I knew my hair feeling dry was a possibility due to two very harsh surfactants in the ingredients. There's also one ingredient that can cause irritation. I have sensitive skin but the shampoo didn't cause any irritation. I bought the shampoo knowing about those ingredients because it also contains a lot of good ingredients that, among other things, fight static, promote hair growth, promote hair strength and leave hair soft. After the second time using the shampoo & companion conditioner I followed up with a hydrating leave-in conditioner and the results were excellent. My hair looks & feels thick, has great body and is soft and smooth. I'll continue to use the shampoo & conditioner followed with a hydrating leave-in conditioner, but only every 3rd or 4th time I shampoo due to the harsh surfactants that may damage my fine hair. Anyone who's hair isn't really fine and can take harsh surfactants may be able to use it more often without damage to their hair. I recommend anyone give it a try to see how it works for them. Final note: I'm perfume/fragrance sensitive. I'm not sensitive to the smell/scent of the shampoo & companion conditioner, but I don't like it. It's very odd and unappealing to me. Luckily it goes away once my hair is dry.

This smells really good and has an interesting jelly texture that lathers well. I've been using it for 3 weeks now, washing my hair every 2-3 days and it seems to be lessening the amount of hair I lose in the shower. I used to lose a good chunk every time I washed my hair but I didn't experience that with this shampoo. Definitely a good purchase and I'll see how my hair responds to it after a few months.
