I liked it. It’s meant to be Indian-inspired, don’t expect ⭐️⭐️⭐️Michelin star quality. I’m sorry for those customers who had a bad experience, I think they got bad batches. Mine was fluffy, fragrant and I added salt and pepper to enhance the flavors. I would buy it again & the price is right compared to the brand name ones.

indian inspired rice mix microwavable
it says indian inspired on the website when you get the rice packet it says spiced basmati rice nothing about it being Indian in origin I have an east indian acquaintance and thought I'd be getting something similar to what we talk about spicy and flavorful I put eleven little serving size pats of butter spread melted in it I know the microwavable pouches need a little fixing up when I told one of the east Indians I know I was going to try a rice dish she gave me extra butter must be important I ate the whole thing but honestly there was so little spice to it if it wasn't for the butter I wouldn't have been able to eat it I spent some time looking for microwavable pouches with added ingredients I think next time I'll be a little more selective

My absolute favorite rice!
Can’t find this anywhere else and it is actually spectacular! And it doesn’t get all lumpy and gross from microwaving like other brands. Also I’ve used half and put it back in the fridge and it still tasted amazing the second day even after reheating!!! Not a lot of rice can do that!
