These panels are NOT 38” W. They are about 3 inches short and will be returned. The color is beautiful but the width is too short.

Not blackout
The white curtains are definitely not blackout curtains. Do not buy them if you’re looking for blackout. They actually let more light in that the regular linen curtains we had on there before, which my picture shows (linen on left, these on the right).

Wildly Underwhelming
These curtains may work better in a darker color, but the white set I bought are most definitely not blackout curtains. Even on a north-facing window they don't darken the room by much. They do diffuse light, but if you need a darkened room, these are not the curtains for you. Overall I won't return them, they are pretty and do work for what I need, especially with the pricepoint being what it is, but personally I would not buy them again.

not blackout
I ordered the white and they are not blackout at all. dont buy if you are looking for your room to be darker when these are closed.
