Q: How long does it take for this mattress topper to come back to queen size after delivery?

  • A: The topper, upon opening, is normally ready within a couple minutes to an hour. However, it can sometimes take up to 12-24 hours if expanding slowly. If the topper looks to be at almost its full height, no major wrinkles, or crinkles (corners can be ok to be a little compressed after a while, as these normally take the longest to puff out but will expand over a couple nights after relaxing with body heat naturally), it is good to go on being used.

False advertising

Not at all as described, product was suppose to come in different zones but only can in one and not at all firm it was just a cheap cut up egg shell pad, don’t purchase unless you want to be very disappointed. Returning to store for a refund.

Dodge and Wave

Sadly this order was a fail. Why yes I received a mattress topper, however it’s not at all the one I ordered. I expected the topper to look like the photo showed. It is a waves like convoluted design and not at all as described. When opening the box, the topper had a strong smell that is hard to describe. I’ve tried air fresheners, and fabric sheets to help; after failed attempts it still reeks. I can’t return it since I’ve tried this, but I absolutely would if I could. If I could give negative numbers, you bet your sorry soul I would. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS.

BUY IT!! Best sleep i ever had! Just as good as Temper pedic for me :)

I bought my current mattress at Mattress Firm two years ago (2022), it was never comfy to me! Brand new mattress and I never got a really nice sleep until now! I’m trying to understand the negative reviews but I just can’t. I feel like I’m sleeping on clouds, I hate leaving my bed! I haven’t even tried the flat side, I really love the side with the 5 zone design! It was also just VERY affordable:)! It was under $60 for me, that type of price is unheard of these days :)! Don’t know how others aren’t getting a cooling effect, my mattress without this topper would have me waking up sweaty. I don’t have that effect anymore. It also fit my full size bed nicely, I just put a king size sheet I had laying around over it. I’m so grateful for this mattress topper ❤️ I can go on forever but you get the idea (:

NOT memory foam!

Extremely disappointed in this mattress topper! First of all, we've used it less than a month and there are definite depressions in the topper where we lie at night. The foam has not recovered and now we're both scooting out of the apparent permanent depression to find another level place to sleep. The only good thing I can say about this topper is that it was inexpensive. Guess the old agage is true, "you get what you pay for"!
