Oranges were moldy

I purchased these in a pick up order. When I went to open it to put our oranges away after bringing my order home the oranges were moldy, so I threw them out. I didn’t have time to reach out, or return them, but had I did I know Target would have refunded. I recently had some bad celery too, and they refunded that.
