I’m a girl who likes flavor and seasoning and this has both! I didn’t have to add anything. If you like some spice, then I can see adding hot sauce or sriracha. Overall, very filling! Happy it wasn’t made with lard like the other things. I will add that it is watery, but just pour the liquid out if it bothers you, it doesn’t change the consistency or flavor

These are the only black beans I buy anymore. They're so easy to just pop in the microwave, but they are also so "juicy" and have a lot of flavor. I don't really like black beans that are hard - these are soft and almost mashed together. My mom buys them now because she's had them at my house!

I had low expectations, but I was still very disappointed. They seemed okay at first, but after a few bites, they became very unappetizing and I couldn’t finish them. They’re overly soft & watery, and the flavor is weirdly bland yet unpleasant. I would not recommend these. I think a plain can of beans dumped out & microwaved would be better, especially if you add some salt & seasonings.

As soon as I read the ingredients, I knew I had to buy these. I made fried rice with eggs, & fried spam ( it’s delicious ).
