A: Yes- there is a fill line inside of the cup that you fill to. Then you put it in the microwave. instructions are on the cup or on the Annie's website.

The new packaging is NASTY. First of all 2 of 4 cups opened because the seal dossnt stick well to this “cup”. I ordered a replacement but when I tried to prepare one of the remaining cups I was disgusted by something stuck to the cheese powder package. After the cup was done microwaving it turned into gross mush, leaked water in the microwave and SMELLED so gross that I am getting reimbursement as soon as the replcement arrives and NEVER again buying this in the weird paper trash packaging. Whoever made this decision should be forced to eat from this nasty cup.

Annie's replaced the plastic bowls with paper ones. While I'm all for environmentally friendly packaging, the top wrapping was loose on every bowl and noodles and powder spilled everywhere. Definitely a manufacturer's defect. Had to toss them all.

Texture is horrible and tastes even worse. I have had chickpea pasta before so I know the texture will be off, but the ones for Mac and cheese are really gross because of the extra ingredients used to make Mac and cheese. It has a weird gooey texture but also mushy.
