Warm, they didnt put it in refrigeration for pick-up
I’ve bought this before and it’s great. However, they must have forgotten to put it in refrigeration for pick up because it was warm and I live very close to Target. It was the only thing in the bag and the item is very thin. They probably sat it down w/o knowing it was a perishable in there. Sadly, I had to throw it out because this item must be kept at 40 degrees.

Delicious addition to the snack tray
We snagged the signature Italian uncured salami for snack time at Christmas. It tasted amazing with some cheese and crackers. There were three different types of salami and very easy to eat all of it! The taste had a lot of flavor and the price point was appropriate. I received an incentive to write this review.

I purchased this signature, Italian uncured, salami, trio by good and gather. This salami trio comes in a 4 ounce package, and includes Calabrese, Milano and Peppered Salame. We made a homemade charcuterie board for our family is Thanksgiving this year. It was so nice to have the signature, Italian salami, trio to add to the board. The flavors are so amazing and these parents so well with all of the different cheeses. I received an incentive to write this review.

Good quality Italian meats
This is a nice package featuring three different types of Italian salami meats. There is a good amount of quantity within the package. This was perfect to make a charcuterie board with, especially since there is a variety of meats for different preferences. I received an incentive to write this review.

Tasty little snack for your charcuterie board
This signature Italian salami is a staple in our house. I use it every time we have a charcuterie board. It’s great for a sandwich or with an afternoon cheese and crackers plate. I do wish it had more in the package but I’m used to getting the same thing at a big bulk store so the value for what you get is a little less but the taste and convenience of being able to get this at Target is awesome. I will be buying this again! I received an incentive to write this review.

Good for charcuterie
I love that there’s a nice variety so I can make a nice board without having to buy a bunch of individual meats. I prefer cheeses and usually want those to be the highlight of my board and the meats just a nice accent
