Can feel the difference!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking this sea moss supplement for about a month now, and I do think it's making a difference in my health! It's still hard to say since it's only been a month, but I've noticed that I have more energy. Usually I would feel tired in the late afternoon and since I've been taking this I don't feel that as much anymore. I'm sure this will give me more benefits after a while of using it, but so far I am impressed. I know sea moss has lots of other benefits as well, like for thyroid or skin health. The pills are pretty large but they don't really have any flavor. I think the value of these are great as well. Overall, I would recommend these sea moss pills!

Beneficial supplement

Though they are a bit large size, they’re not that hard to take. It’s a good size packaging well sealed/ bottle with 60 capsules which seem to be a good value. I do have some improvement in digestion and energy levels but it’s too early to say for sure as I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks. Looking forward to seeing more benefits soon

Not effective as of right now

I think the packaging is simplistic in imagery and easy to open. There is no significant taste when taking the capsules. Maybe if I continue using them I would notice some more drastic changes but as of right now I don’t know if I would purchase these.

Hard to say if it’s placebo or if they’re actually helping with anything, but I can confirm there were no negative health effects! Would def recommend this over the gel.

Ultimately i am reviewing these based on their digestibility as i often have issues with vitamins and supplements, and these i do not. There’s also no funky taste! Excited to see benefits from these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've tried the jarred sea moss before after reading about the possible benefits, but I couldn't finish it because of the taste. Since this was in supplement form I hoped it would be more bearable, and it is! It doesn't taste like you're drinking the ocean anyway. With all supplements, I'm always a bit unsure whether I'm experiencing a placebo effect, but I have noticed that while taking these sea moss supplements regularly my digestion has improved. I'm not 100% sure if this is from the supplement or not but I feel like my skin is smoother/more glowy than usual (but I've also incorporated a new skincare serum every few days so might be from that). I will probably continue taking these since I'm liking what I see and how I feel while I am taking these sea moss pills.

Slight oversight. I chose this product as an aid for immunity and gut health support. Black pepper extract assists in absorption and wished there would be an option to chose sea moss without the black pepper extract ingredient for us sensitive stomach folks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived swiftly with the bottle fully intact, and the capsules odor-free which is a huge relief after years of choking down fishy, homemade gel. The price feels fair, especially given the added trio of botanicals: bladderwrack (I love researching about health and this is supposed to be antioxidant-rich and traditionally used for thyroid and anti-inflammatory support), burdock root (studied for skin-healing and antibacterial effects), and black-pepper extract, whose piperine is shown to boost nutrient absorption and offer its own anti-inflammatory perks. I’m only two weeks in—too soon for verdicts on effectiveness—but I plan to keep dosing another 6–8 weeks and report back. Because consistent sea-moss gel once dramatically strengthened my hair, skin, and nails, I’ll know quickly if these convenient pills can match that past glow. I’d reccomend you try! In theory this isn’t snake oil stuff, it’s actually beneficial to health
