I’ve had these for a few months and I thought I was going crazy, but no, they are leaking from the bottom seam. Every day I lift them up and there is a puddle of soap under the bottle. I thought my kids were making a mess but after all this time, it’s the bottles themselves. Save yourself the time and hassle and get something else.

Bought 2 and Both Dispensers are Cracked
I dont know why it took me so long to figure this out. I bought these back in February of 2025. They both always leaked out soap whenever someone pumped soap in their hands and couldn't figure out why. I finally looked at both dispensers today and both were cracked when I bought them. They're a great look but terrible quality.

I liked that the pump is black- there aren't many soap dispensers with a black pump. but this soap dispenser was huge! I also missed the fact that it's acrylic. maybe good for classroom or something that has a risk of being broken. But not for a small powder room

Leaks!
I chose this because it was the perfect size to put dish liquid in. I could not understand why, all of a sudden, there was dish liquid constantly on the sink area where the bottle sat. I would notice that the bottom sides were also covered in soap. It finally dawned on me that there is a hairline gap where the two pieces were not properly joined, causing the leak. Target needs to sell better quality items!

I bought two of these for shampoo/conditioner. Even though they are very pretty and safe for shower they both broke just recently! Not expensive so not a huge loss. However, I do use a concentrated shampoo and this pump did not work well; would have to use multiple pumps to get the amount I desired. The pump would not fill back up thoroughly b/c of the shampoo thickness.

Received used, moldy soap dispencer
I ordered this item via Target’s online fulfillment services and received a used, contaminated, and broken product. The pump was caked with soap/hair product and the plastic closing mechanism was split down the middle. Really gross that Target would put this back on the shelf for resale. The store that processed this order is the Fort Union Super Target located in SLC, UT 84121. I’m disappointed that the store’s fulfillment team deemed this as acceptable for a drive-up order.

Soap dispenser looks and works great. However, it's much bigger than you would expect! Would work better as a body wash or dish soap dispenser than a bathroom hand soap dispenser. That's on me for not checking the specs, lol
