Poor fabric choice
The pillow is incredibly well made. However, it's also made out of a stiff fabric that feels very much like what you would find on it upholstered chair. Depending on what you want to do with the pillow, maybe that does not matter and will likely result in it lasting longer. However, compared to the softness and feel of other pillows in this collection, this one was disappointing.

Love that it has a zipper! After previous throw pillow purchases without one, that’s a selling point for me and I won’t buy any pillows without a zipper now.
