This is both good and bad quality. The fabric, the size, and the detail are good quality. But the stuffing is completely lumpy and misshapen in all 3 of these (2 orders, so not all from the same place) I've received.

Love the serene color and that it looks high-end!

I kid you not — this is my favorite pillow I’ve ever slept with. Ever. I’ve had it for monthsss now and it’s the PERFECT amount of supportive but soft, especially for us migraine and chronic illness girlies. When I’m having a flare or need extra support under my head to not wake up with neck pain, I ALWAYS reach for this pillow. PLUS, it’s long enough that it can curl around your back like laying on someone’s arm 🥹💕 it’s still in great shape after all this time too. Thinking of buying another as a backup just for when they eventually stop selling them 😭

This is more comfortable than I expected. I love the velvet .

The blue color of this pillow is so pretty and the size is great but it is lumpy. Whoever stuffed it did not try to keep it round. I tried to even it out but it is difficult. I ordered this so maybe if you are able to see it before you buy, you could get a non-lumpy one. Too bad they didn't take a little more time to make it even like the picture shown.

This pillow has a beautiful, soft grey-blue color and is perfect for decorative use. The material is soft to the touch and it adds a luxe look to my bedroom. I've used it on a couch and on my bed and it looks great in both places. I made the mistake of trying it out as a lumbar pillow and it caused the pillow to lose its shape. The material inside the pillow becomes lumpy (photo 3) and the pillow has to be reshaped when its used outside of its decorative purpose.

The pillow is a beautiful seagreen color in soft velvet. The size is ample making it a nice accent on a bed. However, the fill is a bit lumpy which is visible from a distance. Given the outstanding price, this shortcoming is not surprising but is the reason I chose to return it.

I loved this pillow. It was so soft and the blue color worked great in my space. Unfortunately it looked awkward on my couch, so I had to return it.

I got this pillow to use under my knees when I sleep. It did not hold its shape and breaks down a little.

Nice velvet fabric. The bolster shape is pleasing and useful for back support.

This is very nice and well made! It was slightly thicker than I thought but that made me love it even more.

This pillow completed the look of my pottery barn look for less bedding. The velvety material is so soft and the pillow holds its shape nicely.

This isn’t the quality that I would expect. The most problematic thing for me is that it’s not a smooth shape… it is ill-shapen in the middle (skinnier) I think because that’s where they sew it shut. I actually have ordered this in both colors. One that I received was like the filling inside was split in half down the middle & you could see & feel the 2 halves. One that I ordered had something on it that looked gross & organic (think booger😫) but that’s nothing to do with the item itself. The colors are more dull in real life and the velvet does not seem good quality. I have ordered 2 velvet bedspreads, pillowcases, & several velvet pillows from Target that I am happy with the look and feel but these are not on par with those. The other products all have a shimmer to them and these do not & also don’t have the softness that the others do. It’s not because of the thickness of the material (because I have thin velvet couch covers that are very soft and luxurious even though they were very affordable), but these seem like a lesser quality velvet. I decided to still keep them, only because of it being harder to find these bolster type pillows & I’m going to just put embroidered floral appliqués to try to disguise the weird areas.
