[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this Cholula Salsa Verde in the mild flavor. My kids love eating taco bowls and this is the perfect flavor to add to their bowls. I usually like a spicier salsa, but this flavor is just the right amount of heat for them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This salsa was just okay. It wasn't great but it wasn't terrible. The taste was very processed versus fresh and there was an unusual aftertaste. If I weren't simply sampling it, I think I would brighten it up with lime juice. If this was the salsa I had on hand I would use it, but it's not one that I would actively seek out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this salsa and wanted to try it a few different ways before reviewing it. First, I tried it with carnitas (pork tacos). Second, I put it in beef and potato burritos. Third, chicken nachos. It was delicious all three ways, but it was the best, with the pork, then the chicken. I make Salsa Verde sometimes but it's hard to find decent tomatillos where I live. Now, though, I don't to make it because Cholula's tastes just like fresh made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a salsa connoisseur and love trying all kinds of flavors, but this one really missed the mark. I was excited when I saw it had fresh tomatillos, onions, jalapeños, and poblano peppers, thinking it would have a really nice mild heat and tang! Unfortunately, it had none of that. It lacked flavor, heat, and brightness. It was VERY BLAND. I gave it multiple chances: with chips, in enchiladas, pozole, and tacos. Every single time, I ended up tossing it out because it just didn't taste good. Sadly, this one is not it for me, and I definitely won't be buying this flavor again.

Not too thick, but almost a little too thin for chips. Has NOT stopped the boys from dunking into it though! They LOVE it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Choula brand. It is the only type of hot sauce I buy. So when I saw they were offering a salsa Verde I was very excited to try. I used this product on a variety of foods including nachos, taquitos, Burritos, and chimichangas. I was overall disappointed in the flavor. It didn't contain the same type of zest I am used to with chaloua products (or even other salsa Verde products from different brands). Overall, If I am look for a flavorful, zesty salsa Verde, I will probably look elsewhere.

It tastes very good as a marinade for some cooked chicken or with quesadillas. It also tastes delicious mixed in guacamole. I enjoy the mildly spicy taste. It has a little heat and lots of flavor.

The texture of the salsa was slightly chunky with a noticeable mouth feel of the tomatillos, specifically the seeds and chunks of tomatillos. Additionally, this salsa verde err on the side of being more liquid as a salsa than a thicker one which I'd prefer more of. This would go great on tacos, burritos, or anything savory!

If you really enjoy SUPER spicy foods, this might not be for you. it is a mild salsa so it's not spicy at all, but the taste is actually really good! I really love green salsas so I would buy this again if I needed it for an emergency or was craving one and didn't have the time to make one at home
