    The only one I take!

    Not only does this taste good and it’s in a gummy, but it is the only one that I found that does not have algae in it nor fish derived. I am so thankful for this supplement.

    Yummy Gummies.

    I typically don't take gummies because I feel you don't get as much of the benefits vs pills or liquid but these work pretty well. Mind is more clear and so is my face, I noticed less break outs which is a plus for omegas. I just can't reorder these constantly because of the price range and my other subscriptions on here and remembering to take 4 a day just to get the max amount of reward is kind of tedious to me. If you don't mind all of that then these are pretty great.

    Kids didn't like the flavor

    Neither of my boys like the flavor of these gummies and they are far from picky eaters. They ended up chewing them with a probiotic gummy to mask the flavor.

    The best Omega vitamins on the market

    I've been using these for a couple of months and I can say that these are the best omega vitamins I have ever used. Normally, omega vitamins make me nauseous but that is not the case with these. I'm able to use them and feel okay and even enjoy taking these! The best part is if you take these once a day, you can make the jar last 3 months !

    I love the taste of these and so do my kids! They do not smell fishy at all. The only downside was they got a little too warm in shipping and are somewhat globbed together. I now have to break them up.

    Product reformulation tastes terrible!

    These used to be a joy to eat; however, they have been reformulated and are barely even edible. Truly disgusting. Unfortunately I was unaware of the reformulation and bought 4 bottles when on sale…what a pity. I will never be repurchasing this product again.

    False marketing! You need 4 gummies to get ANY substantial nutrients...

    I bought these gummies for months, my husband and I like the taste. They were fun to take! After looking closely at the back of the bottle, I notice is makes the claim that there are 200mg of Omega 3 and in small print it says per 4 gummies. Why is a serving size 1 gummy then? After researching it, an adult needs at least 1000mg of Omega 3 to be considered an effective amount! This is SO disappointing as I have been taking 1 gummy, which is only 54mg of Omega-3 a day! Not optimal! No wonder we felt no different!!! I had the same experience with Mary Ruth Vitamin D. I am really starting to lose faith in this brand that I spent 1000s of dollars on over the last year.

    I'd be perfectly happy to have more calories in my vitamins if it means the flavors wouldn't be weird. This one misses the mark for me. I can definitely taste the alternative sweeteners - particularly the monk fruit. As some other users pointed out it leaves behind a nasty aftertaste. 5 stars for quality, because I do think MRO products, in general, are worth it. But the flavor is 1 star for me.

    We LOVE these! My teen daughters and I take these daily. Look forward to taking them and love the fact that they are sugar free and CLEAN! Flavor is fantastic! It's appalling what our FDA allows in products that are harmful to us. Kuddos to Mary Ruth's offering products without all the fillers and junk and shame on our government!!! We have to be our own watchdog and it's truly disheartening that most people are not even aware of this.

    Kids aged 5, 9 and 13 all enjoy these

    My kids diets and multi-vitamin were falling short on omegas.For many reasons, I didn't want a fish based omega and was happy to find this one. I give each of them one a day. They love them and I love that they are getting a boost if their diets fail them.

    I absolutely love these gummies and want to give 5 stars, but the gummies are so sour for little tastebuds that my kiddo refuses to take them. This is the only reason I give 4 stars. On a bright note, the probiotic spray and multivitamin gummies are a win!
