Q: Does this help with dryness?
A: Hi there! Good Girl Probiotics® is designed to support vaginal health, maintain fresh odor, and promote urinary tract wellness. It is not specifically targeted to help with dryness, though we'd recommend taking a peek at our Comfy Suppository for this! A: You can take all of the probiotics by mouth, but you can definitely open the capsules and mix the formula in your coffee, smoothie, juice, etc! None of our probiotics require refrigeration.
