Terrible delivery and customer service

After paying $500+ for a bed, it was disappointing that it was delivered to the middle of my front yard, footprints on top of the box, and damaged pieces. In addition, the company refused to replace the damaged pieces because it “cost too much.” Customer service was horrible. I will never order furniture from here again.

Cute Boho Bed

Great bed. Shipped quick and delivery was very easy. The bed seems to be great quality too. My only complaint is that the bed is VERY low. Wish the legs were a few inches higher. But besides that a great purchase.
