[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I searched for months for the perfect fan for my master bedroom. I wanted to find a fan that was elegant, coloful and looked high-end. The Skylar stained glass fan checked all the boxes. It has gold, turquoise, green, sky blue, tan and burnt orange jewels. Though this combo may sound busy, it all works together and looks absolutely gorgeous. I really like the fact that the blades are 2 toned, so I can change the color to suit my needs. I chose to go with the dark brown blades, which complement my carpets well. The one vice with this product however, would have to be the instructions. To be honest, they weren't very clear. The fan and all components came in 2 packages with the dimmer switch in one package and the fan motor,shades and blades in the other. The main instructions did not make mention of the dimmer switch. In fact, it wasn't until after the fan was already up, that we realised where the dimmer switch should have been. It was pretty annoying to take the fan down and put in the switch. In spite of this though, the fan works well and looks gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this fan, if you want an elevated look for your home.

All I know is that it works great, and it is so pretty with that stained glass globe. I love the fact that it’s remote control! Very convenient! I’m pleased with the fan.

My husband and I installed it ourselves in one afternoon and we both love the way it looks and functions. The remote control makes it easy to control, and I love that it is dimmable. Love it!

I was lucky enough to receive this free in exchange for my honest opinion and review. Again I ask you, how beautiful is this ceiling fan?The stained glass globe is expertly crafted with beautiful blue, green and yellow panes of glass and it reflects the light beautifully, the lights are also dimmable which is a really nice feature. Now you may be asking yourself....what else is special about this fan... Besides the absolutely beautiful glass globe and the dimmable lights this ceiling fan has a remote control.... No more getting up in the middle of the night to turn off the lights or adjust the fan speed which if I didn't already mention has 3 speeds low, medium and hi. Just think no more stubbed toes turning on or off the lights or freezing at night going to adjust the fan speed this Skylar ceiling fan comes with a remote control so you can control everything from your bed. If you're in the market for a beautiful new ceiling fan I would definitely take a good look at the Skylar 52 in. This was installed in our family room, installation was relatively easy and with the dimmable lights it really could go in any room. I was afraid the stained glass would look cheap or more like plastic but that's not the case, it's truly a high quality, impressive fan.

The adjustable downrod makes it perdect for any room. The stained glass look with the brass is very classy. The light using as a dimmer along with the stained glass colors is good for a quiet dining atmosphere.
