Poor customer service
The product is as advertised. The order was not tracked properly by Fed Ex; delayed. I called Target. I spoke with a representative and then her supervisor. I thought we understood each other about how to proceed. I’m frustrated that she did not follow through with what we discussed. I believe it may have been a first language barrier. Please hire customer service agents with higher English proficiency.

Check the finials before you buy. Out of four of these rods, two had defects in the finials- either bent screws or screws that were detached from the rod.

I've ordered these curtain rods years ago in the past and had no issues. The new one I received is defective where the ball is supposed to screw into the end. It just won't go onto the screw at all, whatsoever. Now I have to try to dig the package out of the trash so I can return this since I assume they won't take it without the plastic packaging with the cardboard at the top. I wouldn't have thrown it out if I knew there would be an issue, I'm not sure what went wrong with manufacturing here.
