  • A: Challenge accepted RR! I believe you wanted the circumference of the rod which is in fact the diameter of 5/8 inch times pi. Therefore we have 5/8*3.1415926535897 or 1.96349540 inches! You're welcome.

  • A: Dear Amanda. We are not exactly sure what you are refering too. We only provide screws to mount the brackets for the rod set. The finials are attached to the rod when you purchase the product. The finial are a screw-in design and therefore can be removed, but this screw is fixed to finial itself.

    The anchors are horrible!! I’m returning them asap. If you have drywall, do not buy these rods under any circumstances.

    Poor customer service

    The product is as advertised. The order was not tracked properly by Fed Ex; delayed. I called Target. I spoke with a representative and then her supervisor. I thought we understood each other about how to proceed. I’m frustrated that she did not follow through with what we discussed. I believe it may have been a first language barrier. Please hire customer service agents with higher English proficiency.

    Defective

    I've ordered these curtain rods years ago in the past and had no issues. The new one I received is defective where the ball is supposed to screw into the end. It just won't go onto the screw at all, whatsoever. Now I have to try to dig the package out of the trash so I can return this since I assume they won't take it without the plastic packaging with the cardboard at the top. I wouldn't have thrown it out if I knew there would be an issue, I'm not sure what went wrong with manufacturing here.
