    It really does help my joints and skin.

    Adter taking this bioastin astaxanthin for about 6 weeks I felt so much better with much less joint pain and my skin seems to look much clearer. I started 1 a day then 2 a day after a week. I'm happy to find something that actually works for me. I found that online ordering this from Target is the best way to get it the freshest and best price..

    Stuck

    Would be zero stars if I could. Received the bottle and all the pills are stuck together. I can’t even get them out of the bottle. If you make soft gels, you should package them appropriately. Such a waste.

    Eh,...

    I’ve been taking what’s considered a large daily dose of AstaX for months now (anywhere from 12-24mg/day) and gotta say, I can’t really say that it did anything for me --- joint ease, cardiovascular benefits...nothing changed. I will be coming off it shortly and may change my mind but in as much as its supplement powers are well documented, I don’t plan on buying again.

    An excellent formula

    I've been taking astaxanthin for a little over a year, after reading about its properties and potential benefits. I started with the same brand in a 5mg dosage and changes to the 12mg a few months later. It's working very well for me, and the effects have been noticed by people like my doctors! The larger size here on the Swanson site is an even better value.

    I love this product and have found that Swanson sells it for cheaper than anywhere else I've looked. I especially love the 12 mg high potency. I only have to take the one pill each day.

    Outstanding quality but also the ONLY astaxanthin that comes in a convenient 12mg capsule. I really like just having to take 1 capsule per day instead of 3, like I'd have to do from any other supplier.

    I did not rate this product to well because there are only 25 tablets in a bottle and that doesn't even cover a whole month! I don't understand why the company Cyanotech just doesn't put in a months worth of tablets! Also, I am not sure if this product is good since I do not feel any differently. I guess you find out when you stop taking them.
