Why do most electric throws have the power control so close to the foot end of the blanket that you can’t have it “at hand” to control temperature and/or turn on and off? Only plus side is that it is soft pleasant material.

He is able to adjust the temperature and you can even take it off so that you don’t need the cord and just use it as a throw blanket. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omgoodness!! This winter and many more will be wonderfully warm due to Sunbeam Extra Cozy Nordic Velvet Reverse Sherpa Heated Throw- Hearts Gray! It's ultra soft and warm. I love the fact that I can place it on my bed and turn it down to reveal another beautiful side. Having a side with a pattern and a side thats solid is perfect.The control is hand size and light weight. I love the four hour shut-off, I no longer have to worry about waking up in the middle of the night to turn it off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blanket is amazing! It’s large enough for my kids to share and snuggle with me and keeps us comfortably warm. It comes with a generously long cord in case you have out of reach outlets. The remote control is a great feature too. Blanket heats up quickly in about 1-2 minutes. One side of the blanket is Sherpa while the other is velvet in beautiful sage green. I like how it’s machine washable by simply detaching the heating controller.
