The case is supposed to work with magsafe but it won't charge unless it's sitting in a specific position.

Love OtterBox, do not love the otter grip. Mine has permanently stuck open. It will not go back into the case. I have only had it a few months.

HORRIBLE don’t purchase.
I hate this otter box. The grip on the back is terrible. Mine is ripping and it doesn’t even hold the phone. I can never get through for warranty, and where I purchased is no help. I’m really disappointed.

Faulty Grip
I have had this case replaced once because of the grip ripping. Unfortunately, it ripped a second time. I had to call to fill out the warranty claim. I was answered after about 20 minutes on hold. The girl who helped me was so very nice. It was a quick process, and my new case should be sent within a few days. I hope they can figure out how to get the grip to be stronger and not rip so easily.

Grip doesn’t meet OtterBox standards
I love the case itself, but my finger grip tore off just a little over a month after receiving it! I can’t submit a claim online, no can I continue to wait on the phone for long stretches of time to get help with this issue! I would not recommend this particular case at all!

Wouldn’t choose this one again
Ive had this otter box since April. The grip part is tearing off and when my phone was dropped, all of the glass around the camera itself shattered. Spend your money on a different otter box. I’ve been happy with other ones in the past.

LOVE OtterBox!
I love my Otterbox covers! Have always bought them since I started carrying a smartphone. Their customer service is the best! I love the color of this one (teal with white flowers). It’s slim and easy to get on and off. The built in pop grip is great and imbeds into the case so it’s out of the way until I need it. I have a magnet charger that works with this MagSafe cover.

Waste of money
Sure it lives up to the protection that otter box offers, but being priced so high for the built in grip is completely unreasonable. The grip literally is flimsy, doesn’t stay out when you need it to and it just is an awkward uncomfortable feeling. Also, I dropped my phone and yes the phone was protected but the first drop, I had large scratches in the corner of the case. For the price, this should all be fixed. I would not recommend wasting your money like I did.

Not satisfied
I bought this case with along with my new iPhone 14 pro max and it broke the next week! I need a new case because what good is it if the holder for your fingers are broken? I was excited to get it because it was made into the case, but I'm not satisfied at all. Really bummed that it's not good.

Great for small hands.
I have small hands and it was difficult to hold my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I like the fact that I can hold it better with the pop up in the back and it's easy to turn the phone with it to take landscape pictures. My only complaint is I would have liked more colors to choose from, especially a clear one so that I can see the color of my phone.
