[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to go with this company rather than pottery barn due to the better price. Buyer beware. Get what you pay for. The address are not square. There are lots of loose ends in the middle of the carpet so I suspect it is not going to be very durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is very pretty. I wanted a natural rug and researched seagrass vs jute vs sisal. I settled on seagrass as it is supposed to be easier to keep clean and tolerates spills better than the others. If there is a spill, you just blot it up and then use a damp cloth if necessary. So I had a minor spot that needed cleaning. I blotted the rug and then used a damp cloth to remove any stain. The damp cloth discolored the rug! Not the stain (muddy paw print) but just the damp cloth I cleaned it with. Now I have a huge yellowish area in one corner that is clearly a different color. So this rug is not at all tolerant of dampness as seagrass rugs claim to be and not easy to clean. Also, ends of the woven grass keep coming loose from the weave and stick up from the rug. I keep tucking them back in, but the rug is two weeks old and already parts are coming loose. Not happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While pretty, the rug fibers are already pulling up. Also, after laying several heavy books on front edge of the rug for almost a week, it is still curling up.

The throw rugs, are awesome, very good quality, perfect for my laundry/mudroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these for my long galley kitchen and I'm very pleased. I have had a number of rugs before purchasing these runners and this is hands-down the best. They are durable and do not shed (a problem with jute rugs I tried). Seagrass is very smooth so it is easy to wipe up spills. One reviewer complained that they weren't soft on the feet, but that is a problem that goes away with time, the more they are walked on the softer they get but they still remain strong and do not fray. And yes they have a pleasant grassy smell at first, just like being at the beach!

I love it! Love the clean and warm look, it makes my dining room look comfortable and yet presentable.

I used for my entry way, it has a very nice and presentable clean look to it. However it came with a few fiber knots. Otherwise is perfect. This carpet does not shed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third order from Rugs USA and I have never been disappointed. The only draw back to the seagrass rugs is the slight smell but it's easily fixed with Lysol and let it sit outside for a day.

This has more texture to it than I expected but it’s beautiful and works great in my dining space.

Good looking runner and feels great under bare feet. Am giving it 4 stars though as I've had it more than 2 weeks now and the corners and ends don't lay flat. They still curl up even after multiple attempts to bend or tape them down. Some ends of the fiber have also come loose.
