Okay rug

I was very excited about this rug for our bathroom that has a spa vibe and sauna. The rug came curled and I tried everything to flatten it. Ended up having to buy rug tape. They also shed a lot of material so keep your vacuum handy. Don’t bother buying a rug pad with these as it doesn’t work with the material and you will need rug tape.

Aesthetic & Function

I’ve now had it less than a week and there are indents and pulls from a chair. This is not something receiving extraordinary use. I really love the rug but first tike I’m disappointed with ******** durability. I’ll still purchase in the future- just not this rug.

2 different weaves

When ordering, I bought 2 of the same rug with same beige border, but in different sizes. Received two different weaves/colorways of the rug. One(2.5x5) is greener and the texture I was expecting of a seagrass rug. Border is just the right size and color beige, rug made well. The other rug(3x5) is a completely different seagrass texture, color and the border is a different beige... much wider band. Very disappointed since these were for the same room. Not bothering to pay for return because it's a heavy rug. The rugs were on sale.

Very scratchy

The rug hasn’t flattened in 5 months. I’ve played heavy objects on the corners, used rug tape, eve flipped it over for several weeks. I never write reviews but reviewing this because it is a hard pass. Wish I would have retuned it but out of the return window now.

Rug quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug was clearly damaged . There is a hole in it. There are two huge round circle spots on it. I had to give it to my customer free of charge because of the damages . I had to flip all the furnitures to hide it as best as I could. They are perfect circles so it’s clear it was a used rug on top of that. For the price the quality is bad. It’s very then and stretchy . Not what I was expecting at all. And it also was not the size it says in the invoice or on the sticker on the back of the rug. It was about a 12 x 15 no where near 18 feet . Extremely disappointed

Prefer latex backed

The backing is not as sturdy as one with latex backing. Looks nice non the less. Just fall’s apart faster because the seagrass isn’t being bound to a backing. Latex backed is basically painted on the back to hold the fibers in place therefore it last longer.
