~135 mg calcium per capsule
Each capsule probably yields betwen 122 to 148 mg of calcium - not anywhere close to 700 mg (mostly AKG). 6 capsules a day yield between 735 to 888 mg of calcium. Probably best not to exceed 6 a day (lot of AKG). If you were looking for high doses of calcium per capsule, this isn't for you.

Easy to take
As a woman that's getting older, I know it's important to supplement with calcium to keep my bones strong. I love this supplement because it's easy to take with only one capsule a day. There is no aftertaste and it's easy to swallow. This is a brand I trust and the supplements I've purchased are all high-quality.

Love that this is liposomal
I have osteopenia so I need extra calcium. These capsules aren't GMO, which I try to avoid in my supplements and foods. Because they are lipsomal, it allows my body to absorb the maximum amount of calcium. I recommend these capsules.

Codeage products are awesome! They are pure product and no filters. Codeage Calcium is gluten and dairy free so no tummy troubles. I take the easy to swallow capsule with a big glass of water usually with breakfast and am getting my daily dosing of calcium which is important as you age. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied
My doctor has suggested I take a calcium supplement, and I feel like this is the best option out there. It offers more benefits than other calcium supplements that I have looked into. They are easy to swallow and I trust the quality of this brand.

Needed calcium
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m older, I really appreciate the need for calcium supplements because I’m not getting calcium in my diet. Soy is something I try to avoid. Calcium AKG is soy free. This calcium also has the benefits of liposomal so I know it’s being absorbed better and faster into my system.
