I've only had these gummies for less than a month, but so far with healthy eating, and exercising 3-4 times a week, I've definitely noticed a change. I combine these with lemme tone and I have dropped around 8 pounds! But that said, I have also been eating very well and exercising. I took these consistently for two months and yes, I lost 6 pounds. However, I lost half my hair also. If I could go back in time I’d happily keep my 6 pounds and my hair. It is heartbreaking. I am now trying everything to get it to grow back. Take at your own risk! Not worth it imo
