Not for everyone!
This review is more about the supplement itself rather than this particular brand of it- just a warning to those of us who weren't aware of possible negative side effects. I had heard so many times how much GABA helps with anxiety, and I have been going through a pretty stressful time in my life, so I thought I'd add these to the nightly mix of vitamins I take, just to help settle me before bed. I noticed I was able to fall asleep faster, but I started waking up at 3-4am, unable to fall back asleep. Anxiety and depression reached a new extreme. I only just realized that these were the only different things in my routine, and did some research. Definitely stopping and hoping it makes a big difference.

Not for me, probably not its fault
I wouldn’t say that it’s a problem with the actual supplement itself, per se, but I want to caution anyone who is taking an antidepressant or other psychotropic drug as it may interfere with your other stuff. That was the case for me, and I experienced a slow build of depression as a result of using this for anxiety management during the day.

I was doing a lot of research on taking GABA supplements to relax at night and I stumbled upon this brand because I usually buy my supplements from target because they are a great deal and quality.
