Couldn’t believe it was GF’!

My niece made this for me for a family cookout and I was blown away by how incredibly fluffy the cake was. I kept asking and they kept reassuring that it is GF but man alive, does it taste like the real thing! So good! The topping was a bit too sweet for my taste but the consistency, airiness, and flavor of the cake was divine.

Great tasting gf treat

The BEST gluten free snack. I had to cut out gluten while breastfeeding and this was my go-to treat. It’s so easy to make and tastes AMAZING. The crumb top makes it so sweet and adds needed texture.

It disappeared

I made this to bring for Christmas Brunch. I added a can an apple pie filling to the mix. Everyone raved about it and could not believe it was gluten free. I highly recommend it with the filling.

They’re okay!

These are okay. In order to make them very good and flavorful you have to make your own tweaks- which I usually do with most boxed bakery items anyway. The texture is good. Flavor could be better

I omitted the water, reduced oil to 1/4 cup, and added 1 1/2 cup mixed mashed banana and diced strawberry. Cooked it for @55 min. It came out soo moist and delicious and lasted in an airtight container for 4 days.

Delicious cinnamon swirl mix!

I have been baking with this recipe mix for some time now. My wife is GF so all my baking the same. This mix is so easy to follow and comes out great every time. I often add apples and raisins to the center which gets rave reviews from my family. Keep up the good work!

You can be GF and eat your delicious cake too

While following a gluten free diet, I prepared this crumb cake often. It is easy to prepare and tastes great. You do not feel like you are eating a GF cake. I have served this to guests on many occasions. No one knew it is GF. I only received compliments on the taste. It also reminds me of a snack cake I used to eat as a child, which was not GF.

Best Gluten Free mix on the market!

Excellent product. I have baked from scratch for Gluten Free for years, then I tried mixes. Now, THIS is the go to mix. I make this coffee cake for myself and also guests have raved about it and requested more. I make it as written but do the trick on the box that says after baked pour on one can of Condensed Milk after poking a few holes. You can add pecans if so desired. Also, it freezes well and is moist and spicy. This cake works for a breakfast, brunch or dinner dessert. Thank you for having this Gluten Free product it is so easy and so great! Cheers.

Whopping good stomach ache

I love the regular version and had a craving for it, but my local grocery store only had the gluten free version. It tasted mostly the same, but I got sooooooo sick from it. I think it's from the addition of guar gum.

Butter taste

I have always loved this cake mix, but the last few times I've made it, it has a very strong bitter taste to it, and the aftertaste lingers. It's unpleasant to say the least and has made it inedible. I kept hoping I just got a bad box, but it seems this is just how it is now. I'm not sure if they've changed the recipe or they are using spoiled flour, either way, sadly I won't be purchasing this product anymore.

Good taste but really thick batter

The taste is delightful but the matter is so thick that I have given up on trying to drop the topping into the center of the cake. The remaining batter does not spread and I wind up with a mess so I just dprinkle it on top. Still works just fine.

Tastes great, and is fulfilling

cake tastes great, the batter tastes great too, don't tell my wife, lol. I use store eggs and farm eggs either way works. i use virgin olive oil in the mix. we make on average 1.5 cakes a week. we eat it for breakfast and maybe as a snack. I have also made the corn bread and that goes great too with lunch or supper.
