Easy meal idea

I have never tried Malaysian style curry before making this, so I have nothing to compare it with. This was an easy dinner to put together in 30 minutes. I used both bags for a family of 4. I made it vegetarian, but I bet it is much better with chicken.

YUM!

As someone who makes curry for their family of 6 almost every day, this was the best curry paste I have used in my life and is the perfect serving size. The kids loved it too!
