Delicious! Please Make Gluten Free :)

This is quite delicious as is, but also tried adding some broccoli with good results. I added some small broccoli florets about 5 minutes before the 25 minutes was up. Would love to see Zatarain's make this box mix gluten free!

Cajun/italian heaven

I love making this with andouille sausage and Cajun chicken strips. It has just the right amount of spice and makes a great dinner in one pot. I let the sausage and chicken boil in the water for a few minutes before I add the rice and spice mixture.

Delicious

I normally don’t cook boxed foods but this is really delicious and we love it. I cook two boxes and just use one large chicken breast and we eat this over the next couple days. It’s just the right amount heat and makes for a nice lunch.
