I’ve been using this product for about 6 months now and the New Chapter fish oil is the best I’ve ever tried. I’ve purchased both the regular size and the minis and enjoy both. I highly recommend this product!

I am a 70 yr old woman and take Womens multi for 50+, Bone strength, Wholemega fish oil and Zyflamend. At this point, I have been using New Chapter vitamins and supplents for 5+ years. I have arthritis in my feet and Zyflamend most definitely helps me deal with it. I walk 3+ miles a day and am still working full time. In my experience, it takes at least 2 months to get these vitamins and supplements into your system once you begin taking them. I also recommend monthly visits to an acupuncturist and 30 minutes of meditation per day. It's working for me so far!

I have been taking New Chapter Fish Oil supplements for years. They are excellent. I have no problem at all. I have also been taking New Chapter Vitamins and other Supplements and have had no issues with any of the New Chapter products. Where previously I have had stomach problems with other brands.

These fish oil supplements caused really gross fish urps and burps. I usually go with the smaller concentrated capsules and if I have the money, with the lemon capsules. I spent enough on this bottle of 180 soft gels and took probably 10 total. A big waste of money for me! And the poor salmon that gave their lives for these to not be consumed really makes me sad. I would recommend a different fish oil!

I felt they were effective and met my needs. However, they are really big pills which I don’t love - that’s the reason for 4 stars. I do better with smaller pills.
