I was hesitant to buy a new office chair because I had bad luck with target before. I got five years out of my last one and it had lumbar. I thought this one would be like the previous target chair, hard as a rock. It's surprisingly soft but still firm. I love that I can now sit criss cross.

I was on the hunt for an armless chair on wheels and this fit the bill! Additonally, I seem to struggle with finding a chair that can lean back in a comfortable way and this chair is the best I've found so far! I highly recommend!

I love it! This chair is deeper and much wider than my regular office chair. I can comfortably sit cross legged in it and it wasn't difficult to put together at all.
