I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent order. I was very excited to receive my nightstand today, but my experience has been a complete nightmare. The box arrived with no assembly manual and NO HARDWARE (screws, bolts, etc.). This is absolutely unacceptable. How am I supposed to assemble a piece of furniture with just wooden boards? Even if I were to go out and buy the screws myself, I have no way of knowing which ones are needed because the manual is also missing. I ordered this online specifically for the convenience of home delivery. I refuse to spend my personal time and gas driving to the store to exchange or return this item because of a massive oversight in your quality control. I need an immediate solution that does not involve me doing more work. I expect you to send the missing parts and the manual to my house immediately, or provide a full resolution that compensates for this huge waste of my time. I look forward to your immediate response.

very cheap material and the box was damaged upon delivery - no fault of Target. The instructions were basic, none of the screws or hardware was labeled, all mixed together in a bag. Its certainly not the most stable. For the price, I am disappointed. But it is for my 7 year old daughter and she is happy with it

Difficult Assembling
I had a difficulty in assembling this product especially when connecting right side board to the top board. I almost broke the edge. Also when splitting half the plastic strip that goes into the drawer.

No directions! I managed to get it together after four hours but I cannot get the draw attached correctly. I have a night stand with no draw. It’s useless and I can’t return it. It’s a piece of garbage. I had to undo the screws so many times that it’s loose and wobbly now.

Good Value, Roomy Nightstand
I was really tired of my small nightstand and didn’t feel like dropping two hundred plus dollars on one. I came across this one and liked the overall aesthetic and felt it would be easy to make look cozy and cute. I was very nervous after reading some of the negative reviews, I was worried it would fall apart, or that we wouldn’t be able to put it together. There were a few slightly confusing directions but nothing we weren’t able to figure out and overall it took about an hour to finish. Most of the pieces are pretty thick and sturdy, the only parts that felt a little cheaper/flimsier to me were the back and the bottom of the inside of the drawer, however the back piece didn’t bother me afterwards since you can’t see it. After putting my things in the drawer it held up fine and I didn’t have any issues! I think for the price it’s a cute nightstand and I was pleasantly surprised with how much bigger it seemed in person and the amount of space both on top and in the drawer. It’s definitely not the highest quality nightstand out there, but it’s pretty decent if you’re looking for a more affordable option.

Damaged
Difficult to assembleThe wood splits easily need to be very careful.After assembling most of the nightstand discovered the drawer front and top were damaged. Just moved my son into college didn't have time to return it, Could have got a better quality less expensive one at ikea.

Great for a small room!
Got this nightstand for a guest room and paired it with a bed frame I also got from target. I liked that it was easy to assemble and wasn’t too bulky but still offered enough storage and space on top for their belongings. I plan to purchase one or two more for myself soon. I would like to also note that the guest room itself isn’t too big so it was a huge plus to offer them some storage without sacrificing too much space in the room.

Cheap and hard to assemble
Really a piece of trash, the color is off between parts and the directions are vague. Guaranteed you will have to undo a step at some point. But The jumbled bag of screws is the final insult to the purchaser.
