Was a lover
Not sure what you ave done to a fantastic product but it’s definitely not worth it anymore. My family and I have enjoyed your product for years cooking two to three boxes a sitting at least once a week. We have tried to adapt to the new flavour but it’s becoming to unbearable. Sorry but we just tapped. Good luck ,and if ya ever decide to go back to the old ones we will be the first to come back . Thanks for all the years of a great product . ROY

Absolutely horrible!!
I've bought these for years!!! Whatever changes they made when they changed the box were not good. This doesn't taste anything like it used to, the potatoes are hard and the color is more orange, whatever green herbs they put in are gross. I'll never buy them again! Just nasty! And it only makes enough to feed 2 people.

Unattractive and unappealing
When did the augratin potatoes become sticky orange gel? Since there is no problem hiking prices or putting less in boxes why not actually make them better and charge more for that? I suggest go back to the recipes of the 80’s to find the missing ingredients. The taste is okay, the texture and look scream gelatinated food dyed mix. The problem is you used to do better and we all know that.

The Au Gratin formula :(
The recipe or formula has changed. The color is darker. The texture is thicker. The taste is bitter, not creamy light and velvety. I grew up on the original formula. I will have to search for a new brand to eat. These are so disappointing.

A gummy salty mess
No flavor except salt!!! They stuck to my glass dish, turned into a gummy blob, and I DID bake them at 425 for 40 minutes. Never again, I tell ya.

New look, low quality
We have tried these twice since the new box came out, we barely get two servings, they shrink and then burn. Terrible!

Bad changes, such a shame
These were the family’s fav scalloped potatoes but something has gone horribly wrong. Even the mix before cooking it doesn’t smell the same. A shame to loose a fam fav. but no one wants to eat this version. The packaging says new look, but the recipe has also changed (now more cheese is also on the package, that can’t be only change).

When did Betty Crocker decide profits were more important than quality product? New unannounced portion size is barely half what is was last time I bought but price went up? It’s really sad that a product Americans buy regularly and have fond memories of has gone so far down hill. Your corporation should be ashamed of itself for embarrassing the brand to turn a few more dollars. More of the same billionaire price gouging, nothing to see here!

The new recipe for your potatoes is disappointing. Not only is it a smaller portion it does not taste good. I won't buy anymore unless you go back to original recipe and size.

I also have trouble with b.c. Augratins. They are runny and don’t ever soften up enough even though I cooked them 10 mins. Longer. They used to be so good.

I’m very sorry to say your new “Casserole Potatoes”AuGratins are terrible. I am searching everywhere for any of the regular augratins you’ve had for years. They were better than home made. Please tell me you haven’t discontinued!

Less food for more money
Significantly smaller portion than the previous box, and more expensive per ounce. Also, the sauce is much saltier.

No longer edible !
This is the rebranded box of Au Gratin potatoes that we used to love. Smaller size 4oz instead of the old 4.7oz. They no longer taste the same. I won’t be buying these again ! Wake up Betty ! You are greedy and looking to rip off customers ! 👎🏻

I used to love au gratin and scalloped potatoes from Betty Crocker but the changes you have made to them have made them horrible. My large extended family all agree on this. Sometimes the changes that are made to save money are not the best way to go.
