Poor fit around the cameras and around the side buttons

Looks good and it's easy to put on. However it's not durable and it's a pain to remove.

I give this 2 stars because I love the look and feel of this case. But, it's the first case that didn't last a year. It's tearing at the corners of my phone.

One year later, no drops but all four corners are peeling. Considering this was to be a premium and professional looking case, it's not durable and looks terrible soon. Disposable.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, it doesn’t seem like this case will last long. I have a handful of cases that I rotate between, and I’ve barely used this one a few times—yet it’s already peeling and scratched up. I typically keep my phone in a bag or the inside pocket of my suit jacket, so it’s not exposed to harsh conditions. I’d rather have traditional leather if it meant the case would last longer, especially for the high price. Samsung, you need to do better.

Purchased this vegan leather case when I bought the phone just one year ago. Was nice for a while but is now showing a lot of wear on the corners, just like others have photographed. Disappointed.

White colour is Not that appealing at all. Not a good option to consider.

Bad quality, phone goes to reboot unusually, but when not in case phone works well. Phone becomes warm as this case is tight fit. Don't waste money thinking woowaao it's samsung official.

I have been buying Samsung leather cases every year since the S10 because they are close-fitting, and don't slide out of my pocket or hands like a bare phone would, or grab at pockets like a silicone or rubberized case. All of my previous leather cases have, at worst, slightly worn through at one corner after a year. This product started wearing away at the corners within a month of receiving it, and has now worn through all four corners, entirely from going in and out of pockets. It has never been tossed onto anything harder than a mattress. This seems less sustainable than actual leather. The other name brands that still make leather cases generally use plastic for the top and bottom of the phone, because it is difficult difficult to form leather over such a sharp corner without a seam. I know Samsung and the other guys go back and forth on taking features from each other, but this year I would like Samsung to take "Put your best cameras in a phone that comes in two sizes with round corners that won't destroy pockets" from the competition. I do like the color, and the flush lens cutouts and buttons on Samsung's cases are always better than third party cases, except for the S21U where it had a giant plastic and metal plate that stuck out. Probably the best option for non phone-droppers who own the S24U.

Collects lots of dust under case but worst of all the volume buttons have come out making the case unusuable and having to buy a new one. Expect better from official Samsung products

So slippery that my phone has slid across the bench/table/couch/etc. and dropped to the floor, several times. You are more likely to damage your phone if you make the poor choice to purchase this cover.

Worst case ever. Should not be sold at all. Impossible to remove and very low quality.

Dust collector. The case is dirty in every corner and around the camera.

I usually grab one of these cases with my yearly upgrade just for better grip and they're generally spot on for my needs. Don't know what they were thinking this year but the S24U version is a joke. It's slightly loose from the top so the case fills with lint and dust. Will look disgusting after just a couple of days. Last years for S23U didn't let in any dust at all. Haven't dropped it yet but I just know the handset would fly out of the case if dropped. Was half price with my pre order but it's not even worth using for free. Avoid.

Rugged case but not what I hoped it would be due to the slippery surface. I took it off the phone, used sandpaper along the edges and backside, rinsed, dried with hairdryer, let cool, then put back on the phone. This helped the hand gripping of the phone. Not perfect, but a workaround for the time being until I find something more suitable.

Awful case, hard plastic, no shock protection gets dusty inside and along the sides, does not protect the rear lenses and the final insult, didn't stop the back glass shatter on my 3wk old Samsung S24 Ultra when my phone accidentally slid off my office desk on to a carpet tiled floor!!! Had a clear Spigen only my previous S10Ultra + for several years, which experienced rhe occasional drop and NEVER had a crack or smash ever before, so I also question the durability of my phone also!

I got the light gray shield case with my s24 ultra, and it has already started yellowing (especially on the buttons) after only 2 weeks of use. I am not able to return it for the yellowing according to samsung support.

Absolutely terrible. Been two weeks with this case and the corners are already pealing and exposing the edges of my phone. Here's an idea, how about a genuine leather case instead of this cheap "vegan' nonsense? Do not buy this case you'll just be wasting your money.

This is the worst case I have ever bought. Always full of dust inside within a few hours. Also does not protect the lenses and my lens margins already have the scratches. Terrible. I would have given it 0 start for everything if there was an option
