A: You can mix these into your moisturizer, but I like the bronzing drops better after moisturizer and the thirst drops before moisturizer

Mix with your fave foundation (more drops = more glow!) as for the e.l.f. Bronzing Drops: Shake well before use. Add 1-3 Bronzing Drops to your fave e.l.f. SKIN moisturizer or body cream of choice (more drops = more bronze). Blend well. My favorite of these two drops are the thirst burst quench drops. I am prone to oily skin on my face, so I have to be careful about the moisturizers and other products I use. Otherwise I will end up looking super shiny and greasy. I love that the thirst burst drops leave my face super soft and smooth, well hydrated, but not at all greasy, oily, shiny, or heavy. It works fantastic as both a moisturizer and a primer. Throw in the tinted drops, and you really don't need a foundation at all. The tint is just enough to give me a slight tanned glow, without any shades of orange. I have nearly eliminated the use of my foundation altogether by using this duo. I can't wait to get it in a much larger size. Highly recommend!
