Love This Product!!
I stopped using the hydrating serum in favor of a product that was four times the price and touted as being skin changing. After getting fed up and coming back to the serum, I know what my skin has been missing. My skin looks so nourished and bright. I’m not one who looks in the mirror often but when I catch my reflection, I can’t help but do a double-take over the appearance of my skin. I wish it addressed dark spots—the reason I chose the other brand that was supposed to do that and hydrate—but all the other benefits—luminosity, softness, hydration, bounce—oil focus away from the few dark spots I have. It’s top shelf for me.

This is not serum, it's lightweight lotion, and it's not very hydrating. It doesn't slip across the face, I had to sort of drag it. Yeah, I didn't use the old formula, so I don't know what the other people in the reviews are talking about. I'm a male user and my skin is normal to dry/sensitive. I found this to be disappointing and would definitely not purchase again nor recommend anyone else to purchase.

Shocked at other reviews
I’m surprised at the number of lower reviews for this product. I will admit that the old packaging was not it, and I’m glad that they made the update for holy hydration. Nonetheless, I am shocked people don’t like the formula. I love how thick and creamy it is. Though it isn’t a true serum, it is one of my all time favorite moisturizers. So I would say don’t expect it as a serum, expect a phenomenal moisturizer.

This serum is fire I always use high end skincare products and I used a vitamin c serum but it made my skin feel dry , I tested this out today and I was amazed it makes my skin look so glowy and plump I love it

another disappointing product from elf
I picked this up a few days ago and have used it for the past two mornings. It's definitely not moisturizing, although it will give your face a glow. I had a feeling my skin was not liking it, and sure enough I just looked in the mirror (midday on the second day of using) and I have dry flaky patches where there would normally not be and it looks like there are some superficial red bumps. Money down the drain.

I can't not have this product in my routine. It makes my skin feel so soft, and stays that way. I'd give this another star if there was less plastic and the amount in the bottle was visible and honest. I never know when I'm gonna hit bottom. 😭

My Holy Grail!!!
This is my greatest skincare staple. It’s a little more lotiony than serumy, but it goes on super smooth and lightweight. It’s the most hydrating thing I’ve ever put on my face, it’s an actual miracle product!! I’ve heard it can cause breakouts for people with oily or acne-prone skin, but for those of us on the other end of the spectrum with dry skin, this is a must-have!! Target, PLEASE start carrying this in-store again!!!

Change the Packaging
I actually really like this product and would buy it again, but I hate the packaging. When I couldn't pump anymore product, I twisted the cap off to scrape out the extras and realized that there was a rounded tube inside the main blue tube. So, would one need the blue, flat-bottomed container for it to stand upright? No, the Advanced Night Retinoid Serum also has 1.0 fl. oz. and has a flat-bottomed container. Is it to give the impression that there is more product in the container than there actually is? Is there a reason that recyclable plastic cannot be used? What is the purpose of this extra plastic?
