Does not lie flat

I ordered the 9' x 12'. This rug comes folded and not in a roll so it is not possible to get it to lie flat. It has ridges and creases everywhere, is a tripping hazard, and looks cheap.

Love it!

If the texture of this rug withstands the test of time, it will be the best rug I've ever bought! It feels like a soft blanket under your feet. It's way too big to put in a washing machine (8x10), but since it's polyester, it repels liquid. It's great if you have kids (or grandkids), and/or pets. I have a puppy and a senior dog, so tinkles have happened-but it puddles on top of the rug, perfect for my little green machine to suck up and remove the odor.
